Case 03 · On the record
A paid-ads agency, running on its own backbone.
LM Marketing runs paid advertising for its clients, and for Forma. The agency itself ran the way most young agencies do: the client book in spreadsheets, and a report assembled by hand for every client, every month. Forma built them the backbone: an Airtable base and CRM that now runs the client book, automated marketing reporting that pulls ad performance into clean per-client reports, and AI consulting alongside it. The system is live and in daily use.
Strong at the ads. Buried in everything around them.
The problem
A growing ad agency has two jobs: run the campaigns, and run the agency. LM Marketing was good at the first one; the second was all by hand. The client book lived in spreadsheets that stood in for a CRM. And every month, for every client, someone built a report from scratch: open the ad platforms, copy the numbers out, paste them somewhere presentable, send it, and start again next month. The kind of work that scales exactly as badly as it sounds, one client at a time.

- 02Spreadsheetsstanding in for a CRM on the client book

What Forma built
The same shape of system we build for every client, fitted to an agency: one Airtable backbone in LM Marketing's own account, with the manual work moved onto the machine. Three pieces, live today. The Airtable backbone, explained
Everything is built inside LM Marketing's own accounts, so the CRM base and its data are theirs to keep. See how it works
The outcome
The client book now lives in one CRM instead of spreadsheets standing in for one, and the report that used to mean opening every ad platform by hand now assembles itself, per client, on schedule. Lucas gets hours back every week that used to go to reporting instead of campaigns, and the AI consulting alongside the build surfaced data insights across the agency he simply did not have before.
This is a real, delivered build, not a projection. We are holding a precise hours-back figure until it can be measured and confirmed with LM Marketing, the same discipline we held TemakHouse's numbers to before publishing them. No projections, no borrowed numbers.
