Case 02 · On the record
The whole operation, in one place.
A Miami swimwear brand that ran the way most growing brands do: docs scattered across Drive and Sheets, pop-up leads tracked from memory, sales split between Shopify and Square. Forma built and handed over one Airtable command center the Bibikinis team now owns and runs the whole operation from, with an AI workflow that imports the sales and pop-up data and writes the reports itself.
A real brand, run from four tools and one person's memory.
The problem
Bibikinis was not disorganized; it was scattered. Product docs, supplier notes and planning sheets lived across Drive folders and Sheets tabs, each one findable only by the person who made it. Sales came in through Shopify online and Square at pop-ups, two feeds that never sat in the same view. And the pop-up leads, the people who stopped at the tent and asked to hear about the next drop, were tracked the most fragile way a lead can be tracked: someone remembering. Every question about the business meant opening four tools and reconstructing the answer by hand.

What Forma built
One Airtable command center, built inside Bibikinis' own account, that the whole operation now runs through. On top of it sits an AI workflow that does the importing and the writing nobody should be doing by hand: it pulls the Shopify and Square sales in, logs the pop-up leads, and writes the reports itself. How the Airtable backbone works
The command center lives in Bibikinis' own Airtable account, not ours, so the base and its data are theirs to keep. See how it works
The outcome
Before Forma, running the operation meant living in the backend of four disconnected tools: Drive and Sheets for docs, Shopify and Square for sales that never sat in one view, and memory for every pop-up lead. That is gone. Sophia and Tamara now run the brand from one command center, and the reports that used to eat an evening write themselves.
This is a real, delivered build, not a projection. We are holding a precise hours-back or dollars-found figure until it can be measured and confirmed with the Bibikinis team, the same discipline we held TemakHouse's numbers to before publishing them. No projections, no rounding up.
