Why we started Forma
We have been best friends since high school in South Florida. Over the years we kept seeing the same thing at businesses we know: good companies running on group texts, spreadsheets and somebody's memory. The work got done, but it ate the owners' evenings.
So in October 2025 we started Forma. Finding the busywork in how a business runs and automating it away is honestly what we love doing.
We sweat the small details, because that is where systems like these break. And you will always be talking to the two of us, real people you can call, not a ticket queue.
AI changes every week. Keeping up is our job.
Everyone online is an AI expert now. But AI moves so fast that expertise in it has a short shelf life. We have watched businesses set up an AI tool, only to be outpaced a few months later by a competitor that adopted the newer way of working.
So we do the keeping up, and you don't have to. We read the release notes from Anthropic and OpenAI, try the new models when they come out, and sort through the X threads, the YouTube breakdowns and the “comment DM for the playbook” reels, so you never have to scroll through the hype to find what actually works.
Then we only bring you what holds up. We build systems you own, made to last, and set up so that swapping in a better model or tool later is a quick upgrade, not a rebuild.
