This page explains what Forma Consulting LLC ("Forma," "we," "us") collects on formaconsultation.com, why, and how we use it. It applies to this website; it does not cover the products we build for clients, which are governed by each client's own engagement.

We record activity on this site with our own first-party tool, not a third-party ad or tracking network, to understand how the site is used, improve it, and follow up with people who contact us. This includes the pages you view, links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, your progress through tools like the free operations analysis, roughly how long you spend on a page, and general information about your device and how you arrived here (such as a referring site or a campaign link). We assign an anonymous id to your browser (stored in a cookie and in local storage) so we can tell repeat visits apart from new ones; this id is not tied to your identity unless you tell us who you are, for example by submitting the contact form or the free operations analysis with your email. If you do, we connect your prior activity on the site to your message so our team has useful context when we follow up. We also use Google Analytics on this site.

We do not record what you type into a form beyond what you submit when you press send. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When you fill out a form on this site (the contact form, the free operations analysis, or a similar tool) we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email, phone number if given, and the message or answers you enter. We use this to respond to you and to evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together. We keep this information as long as it's useful for that purpose, or as required by law.

We use a first-party cookie and local storage only to remember your anonymous visitor id and your current session, so our analytics can tell one visit from another. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Because these are functional, first-party only and not used for cross-site advertising, this site does not show a cookie banner; you can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, which resets your anonymous id.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@formaconsultation.com. Blocking cookies and local storage in your browser, or using a tracker/ad blocker, will stop our site analytics from recording your visit; it will not affect the core functionality of the site.
