How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the scope. We walk you through both before any build starts, so there are no surprises. The free ops analysis shows you where the hours leak and roughly how many hours a week that costs you, before you commit to anything.
How long until it’s live?
It depends on the size of the job. We agree on the timeline in the plan, before any build starts, and you see a first working version early in the build.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us how the work runs today and we do the building, in the tools you already use. Your part is usually one yes, or one round of edits.
Is my data safe?
Everything is built inside your own accounts, in the tools you already use, so the system and your data stay yours. Customer-facing steps wait for your one-click approval, and we talk through anything sensitive on the call.
Will this replace my team?
No. The AI takes the repetitive work (capturing, drafting, chasing, logging) while your people keep the judgment calls, the relationships and final approval. The goal is fewer hours lost to admin, not fewer people.
