Straight about the numbers
How the estimate works.
No industry averages and no borrowed statistics. Every figure on your result comes from what you tell us.
- Your answers set each area.Every answer shows how much of that area runs by hand, from already automatic to entirely manual. That becomes the leak index for the area, from 0 to 100.
- Tools add friction.Each extra tool is another handoff where a detail can get dropped, so a bigger stack nudges every area up a little.
- The hours are your number.The weekly hours figure is the one you entered. We share it in equal fifths across the five areas, then count the part of each fifth your answers say runs by hand. The total can never pass your own number.
- A year is an assumption.The yearly figure multiplies your weekly hours by 50 working weeks. It is an estimate to start a conversation, not a benchmark and not a quote.
